We take immense pride in crafting authentic, high-quality Rajasthani pickles. Because our products are packed in glass or premium food-grade containers and contain no heavy chemical stabilizers, they require careful handling. This policy outlines how we pack, ship, and deliver our products safely to your doorstep across India.

1.1 Order Processing Timelines

  • All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and National/Public Holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email or SMS.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has been handed over to our courier partner.
  • Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during festive seasons or monsoon seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

1.2 Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping charges for your order are completely free. Standard delivery across India usually takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your location (metros are typically faster, while remote areas may take longer).

Please note that these delivery timelines are estimates provided by our logistics partners. Actual delivery dates may vary slightly due to weather conditions, local restrictions, or unforeseen transit delays.

1.3 Order Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, a Shipment Confirmation will be sent to your registered email address or mobile number. This will contain a unique Tracking ID / AWB Number and a link to track your order in real-time. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier partner’s portal.

1.4 Transit Damages & Breakage

We use multi-layered bubble wrapping and sturdy cardboard boxes to protect our pickle jars. However, if your package arrives broken, leaking, or severely damaged due to courier mishandling, please follow these steps:

  1. Do not discard the outer packaging or the damaged product.
  2. Take clear photographs and a short video showing the damaged jar and the outer box with the shipping label visible.
  3. Email these details to us at support@therajasthanipantry.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  4. Once verified, we will arrange for a fresh replacement to be shipped to you at no extra cost.
